Once again workshops will take place this year prior to the announcement of the theme. There is interesting content and fascinating speakers waiting for you! The workshops are aimed at participants of this year's ZFF 72 film contest.

About ZFF 72

What it's all about?

  • You have 72 hours to produce a film lasting no longer than 72 seconds.
  • The theme will be determined by the Zurich Film Festival.
  • Create an original film using your own unique handwriting.

How the films are rated?

  • Your film has 72 hours time to accumulate as many points as possible during online voting.
  • The film that receives the most points during online voting wins the Viewers Award.
  • A jury composed of professional filmmakers will select the winner of the Jury Award out of all submitted films.
  • ‚ÄčThe Mobile Filming Award will be given by a separate jury to the best film produced entirely with mobile devices.
